As a women on a constant quest for balance, I need to remind myself of all of the things that I am grateful for. So I implore you to do the same. Simply jotting down a list of five things that you are grateful for can make you feel so much better about your life. I started this practice with a group of friends (though I haven't kept up with it as much as I should) and it was so helpful. I hope you will find the same to be true for you. Happy blogging.....
